Description: Your employees will be able to instantly communicate, send files, speak with people on your website, and instant message with other IM platforms. All conversations are recorded, and the employer of the company can see any conversation. In addition, you can also see when your employees are online, idle, and how many chats they are receiving, making, and closing.
